Products

Are your products nut-free and/or gluten-free?

Many of our products do not contain nut oil or gluten . However, we manufacture and store all of our products in one place. People with SEVERE allergies should be aware that we take great care to prevent cross-contamination, but there is always a risk that our products have come into contact with other ingredients. Transparency is important to us, and you can find a list of ingredients for each product on its packaging. Check the product's ingredient list before using it.

Why are your products wrapped in plastic bags?

Most of the plastic films we use to wrap our bare items like soaps and bath bombs are 100% biodegradable. In fact, the majority of our packaging is recycled, recyclable or biodegradable with a few exceptions.

Allergies and intolerance

Unfortunately, there are more and more allergens and we are unable to guarantee that our products will be appropriate for your skin type with regard to certain intolerances. We recommend that you read the ingredient list and/or do a small test to detect potential intolerance in limited areas such as the inside of the forearm and hands for the first 24 to 48 hours. If a skin reaction occurs, it is better that it is localized. If irritation, redness or itching occurs, discontinue use of the product immediately.

Does the soap factory offer product samples?

We frequently add product samples to shipped packages. Unfortunately, we cannot send samples separately due to the volume of requests we receive.
